Reccomended calibration interval for Bactrack Vio, Mobile, C6 and C8 models is 6 months. To calibrate your device, pack it to avoid moisture and damages and use following options below:
- Send your device to Omniva parcel machine: Location Peetri Keskuse pakiautomaat, use phone: +372 50 555 40
- Bring your device to us or send it with courier:
Treiali tee 2-7, Rae parish 75312 Estonia
(outside working hours you can leave it to our parcel machine, instructions on the display
We return device per selected shipping method.
Return is free in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
